Correction: Proton and Perodua are still at the low-volume, low-margin stage (from the global point of view) – they need to achieve much higher volume. For the time being their exports are still insignificant. But they are trying.

Yes, I agree, the BLM does look good. I think only the established carmakers could afford to apply the ugly entry-level design strategy due to the power of their brands. Proton and Perodua are still at the high-volume, low-margin stage, so they have to make their designs as nice as possible at all levels.

i always see the new proton saga (BLM) is a beautiful car.
So i guess bad/wrong tactics by proton
