My mistake. The Tenerife disaster was documented in “The Deadliest Plane Crash” http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/planecrash/ and not in “Air Crash Investigation”.

Nevertheless it was adrenaline pumping. I watched it just before I flew to the States. Just imagine how freaked out I was.
